The tenure of 2023 (Titularizare 2023) is fast approaching for the future teaching staff in Romania. In support of them, the Ministry of Education has made available several training tests, for their effective preparation of Subjects Tenure 2023 (Subiecte Titularizare 2023), Entitlement Exam 2023 (Examen de Titularizare 2023) and Subject Models and Tenure Scales 2023 (Modele de Subiecte si Bareme Titularizare 2023).
The Ministry of Education has published the subject models for Entitlement 2023. The subjects and scales can be downloaded below in the article. We remind you that the written test of the exam takes place on July 12 next year, according to the official calendar.A model was also published for those who want to occupy the position of educator-childcare worker.Tenure is employment in a school, for an indefinite period. In order to become tenured - that is, to be employed for an indefinite period - teachers must obtain a minimum grade of 7 in both the written exam and the classroom inspection in the job profile. To become a substitute - that is, for fixed-term employment - candidates must obtain a minimum grade of 5 in both the written test and the inspection.
